4/6/22 I went into get a diagnosis before I went in for the diagnosis I told them it was my fuel pump they told me to get a diagnosis to make sure and not spend extra money so I did and they did the diagnosis and came up with two problems they said was the reason my car was not running and started my car ran for 2 days and cut off on me twice before it completely stopped turning over and turning on I went back got the car looked at and they told me it should be good it's nothing and it should still drive because of the things they did now my car won't start at all and it's the fuel pump I am writing this because I feel I did not get proper service I pay for a part that should make my car run but I didn't need it I just replaced my spark plugs the things I replace I did not need all I needed was a new fuel pump and now my car is in the same position it was before I bring it to them and all I asked for is to get my fuel pump fixed I have tried to call and have not got any call back but I will say you guys did usually call me back I'm doing this just to make sure I have all the documentation down I just feel I was charged for something I did not need and my my safety and health has been put at harm's Way because I had my car stopped at a gas station with my kids in the car thank you for hearing me out and you guys have a great dayBusiness response

Our service manager ********************* has attempted to call the customer on two separate occassions. Once on 5/5/2022 and 5/6/2022 at 9:38AM and he proceeded to leave a message after today's call. Our service manager ***** will also be emailing the customer to try and establish communication. ***** did use the number in the complaint. Our goal is to establish communication with the customer so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner but we do need the customer to attempt communication too. ******* direct line is ************ .
