This place allowed my personal information to be leaked and a random number of the thief was added to my account after I emailed and called more than 4 times demanding that the random number be removed they said they removed it next thing I do is check and it still was linked so I closed my account. I like Fingerhut until they went to Fingerhut Fetti! I had no trouble with my account until the switch. I have been set up with auto pay from the beginning but, it seemed every 2-4 months I would get a call asking how I would like to pay my bill, getting pinged with a $42 late fee was maddening!!! Once this bill is paid off I will never use this service again! The only good is they refunded 2 of the late fees, that's the only reason they get 3 instead of 1 star! I bought two ps4 games from fingerhut i ended up returning the games Because my console which was not from fingerhut broke so i bought a brand new xbox instead. They wouldnt refund or credit my account im guessing because i took the wrapper off the package which makes it not in new condition. Because it'll mess up my credit is the only reason why I am going to pay the balance which is BS totally done with this terrible companyReview from Devonte W

Fingerhut sense they took my payment I talk to a representative for refund she said that she was refunding it two days ago now I called back they say that they didnt take a payment and it shows on my credit card when I call the credit card account so they **** d***Review from David W

Fingerhut doesn't help people, they hurt people. They prey on people who are in poor financial condition by encouraging them to overextend themselves on badly priced; low-quality merchandise at high finance costs. Then they punish you by only reporting negatively to credit bureaus, with no concern that they are perpetuating the cycle of poverty and access to reasonable credit that their customers deserve. They will report negatively and then come back and offer you more credit and encouragement to open another account despite not paying off the original account. When you offer to pay off an old balance, they will make promises to delete the negative reporting, but they never will. You will spend **** years with negative credit reporting due to their desire to see you not succeed, and to need predatory lenders like themselves forever. Please throw their catalog and pre-approvals away. You will regret it, over and over and over again. This is a dirty companyReview from Stephen H

This company will ruin you. I had an account for **** and all was good. Then I get notice my limit is cut down to 800 for another account that has nothing to do with them that had no issues. That lowered my credit score. Then they reevaluated due to my new score and reduce it again to 400. Well that revolving doored my again and they closed the account. They did this so quickly and in such a bad way my score went from 698 to 377. I was 1.5 years from my goals and the end of a five year plan. Now it's gonna be another 10 to get back to where I was.Review from Ani D

I had a Fingerhut account for NINE YEARS after my divorce. I had been a stay at home mom in an abusive marriage and when I left, I lost 23 years of credit since he was primary on everything. I had slowly raised my credit score, was finally above a decent level. and Fingerhut CLOSED the account without my knowledge, and opened a new one. I lost all 9 years and it appears my credit was less than 2 years old. My score dropped SEVENTY points, literally overnight. Fingerhut did NOTHING. Do NOT get involved with these people. A fraudulent account was opened with this company in my name. Their fraud department lacks expertise and professionalism. The one saving ***** is their recognition with BBB so I can take further action as needed.Review from Michelle F

I ordered 2 of the same bedding sets just different colors. One showed up the other is still awaiting carrier pickup but *** has no knowledge of the package. I call Fingerhut and a lady in a call center most likely overseas tells me it shows her delivery March 1 2023. Well that came and went so now I have to wait 5 days to get money back or whatever. I dont really care at this point I just wont pay.
