I hired Heartland Painting to paint my cabinets as part of a kitchen/laundry remodel. This was a big job and required an enormous amount of prep. But ***** and ***** did a fantastic job. They were pleasant to have around and they kept the work area tidy. But I truly appreciated their attention to detail. They are clearly experienced craftsmen who LOVE what they do. And it showed in the end result...it's perfect!!?????????? isn't enough. I highly recommend!

I have had two experiences with this company. The first was an outdoor deck and second one indoor which they needed to do some things to the wall structurally plaster, retexture, etc. before painting they matched the paint sample perfectly they were very efficient knowledgeable about their products, very professional as well, and they cleaned up everything which impressed me I would highly recommendReview from Randy S

Deceptive, after bid accepted subcontracted work to nonprofessional nonlocal family. Poor communication of necessary agreed work resulted in additional charges. Poor work with multiple missed areas of painting such as underside of siding. Charged $1600 for equipment in bid not used for work.Heartland Painting Response

Dear R****, I am surprised and disappointed to read this review and sincerely apologize that we are at this point. Something must have changed since you completed the final inspection checklist/sign-off with our project manager ***** where you indicated you were 100% satisfied with the job (following the correction of a few touch up spots that you had requested). If you were unhappy in any way I wish you would have reached out to me to resolve any workmanship or other concerns. Since seeing your review, I have attempted to contact you several times via phone, text and email to see what we can do to make things right, but I have not gotten any response. Regarding the lift expense, I explained that due to concerns over damage to your beautiful landscaping, my team opted to invest in more labor and accomplish the task with ladders instead. The extra labor cost was a wash with the lift cost. Again, I did not hear any kind of feedback from you that this was a point of contention - but since it is, I will send a check right away and refund the $1,600. ***** please call me on my cell *************) so we can address any other concerns - our goal is that all of our clients are completely satisfied!
