Wiedners mechanical contractors were subcontracted out to do a plumbing job at my house they ended up charging triple the price and every time it rains since the incident my basement floods with water the company says its not their fault even though theyre the only ones that touched my main plumbing stack and thats where its leaking from because they broke the seal on my roof the guy Nate from Wiedners who I spoke with in the service department was very rude and also constantly says Im crazy because my house is old and its got issues but my basement never once leaked before this and I have documentation from a home inspection done in July of last year my house is built in **** it has been very well-maintained my roof is brand new and like I stated never had a leak before this company came to fix my house my house is now getting mold in the brand new bathroom that just got remodeled four months ago and I have water pouring into my basement cooling off around my household utilities water heater furnace and electrical box that it pours right next to I am filing a complaint against this company and will also be seeking legal advice on what to do next because now Im stuck with a repair that I dont know how many thousands of dollars this is going to cost me I put my trust in this company to come out and do the job all the guy did was sit around on his phone when he was there and I have multiple witnesses to that as far as contractors that were they are also witnessing this this should be illegal I need assistance in resolving this matter if I have to have another company come out I need Wiedners mechanical contractors to pay for what needs to be fixed and he is refusing to look at it or even help me at all with this problem seeing as they already got $5000 to mess my house up I want another company to fix this and I want Wiedners to pay for this repair thats going to be needed from the job they did damaging my house And saying they repaired later which they didnt
