Are furnace went out we called them they came out and fixed it we paid them 287 .2 days later the furnace went out again .Called them and told them it was not working they said they do not know when they could make it out we needed a furnace cold outside .So we called another company they came out and it was the part the first company put in .We paid that company 302 .So my husband called Freds to talk to about working something out to get so money back . They kept saying they would call us back and never did .My husaband got ahold of the owner to talk about it and he was rude. He told my husband he would give us 150 back but we feel that we should get more .It cost us 589 for a 70 dollar part .My husband tried to talk to the owner more and the owner hung up on him .Business response

I have spoken with **** directly and have since issued a full refund to her (more than the $150 that she references in her complaint). She did tell me she filed a complaint with you and that she would check into how to rescind.Customer response
