Hi Agent, I had my new air conditioner installed on 1/03/2022. After three months, I noticed that the air conditioner was leaking water which it did not do before with the old air conditioner. I contacted the company to get this address and was informed I would get a callback. I have continued to call the company at ************ to get this addressed and am told I will get a callback. At this point, I have yet to get a callback or be told how this issue is resolved. Due to the time it's taken to get a rep, the air conditioner has now gotten rust due to the poor installation of the item and the company playing phone games with me. I tried to resolve the issue right away, and now we are eight months later due to the contact center phone number ************ bring you to. I will need my air-conditioning fixed, so it does not leak and the rust to be addressed due to the poor installation.Customer response

I meant to state furnace and not air conditioning in complaint
