      On 9/14/2021 I ordered some access cards with the help from someone on the IDWholesaler.com live chat (*************). We spent $150 based on JJ recommendation. He told me that the cards he recommended work work. They did not. I have noticed that in small print that the cards JJ recommended were non-refundable. I contacted IDWholsaler but ******************************* said that ************* does not work there but at there "sister company". ***** kept saying that the sale was non-refundable and it was not there fault. Order # is *******

      To Whom it May ***************** have investigated this issue through our carefully documented customer interactions and orders managed in our CMS system. We can confirm that the customer placed an order through our website without speaking to any of our sales professionals.  As a part of their online order for custom programmed proximity cards, the customer acknowledged that the products they ordered would not be returnable or refundable, and continued with their order.  Once their order was received and they realized it was incorrect, the customer complained but refused to work with us on a reasonable resolution outside of us replacing the order at our expense. As far as the rep the customer claims they spoke with via Live Chat, this name/interaction was not originally volunteered by the customer to us. During the follow-up call from our sales representative, the customer began listing numbers they claimed they called, and one was similar to a direct dial for a representative with a sister company, so the rep asked if they spoke to someone named *************. The representative mentioned JJs name, the customer never brought it up before the phone call, though it seems they used it in their complaint. 

      We hope this summary clearly clarifies what truly occurred compared to the customer's complaint. We take pride in our responsiveness to customer issues, and we aim to be market leaders in our customer service. While we are saddened the customer was dissatisfied, we feel we tried to resolve the issue with the customer appropriately, though they obviously just wanted a full refund.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      The information from the business is false and made up.  I did speak to a rep via text then he called me.  In my opinion this is a moot point because ID warehouse are a bunch of thieved.
