            In March of 2024, upon getting notice from the manufacturer for two recalls, we brought in our Lincoln Navigator to Morrie's West End Lincoln to have the recall work performed. One of the two recalls for which work was performed was for a brake master cylinder removal/replacement and as soon as we picked it up, there were errors from the brake system. When I brought the Navigator back so they could investigate the issue, I was informed that the brake switch actuator was now broken (which talks with ALL of the systems that involve braking, such as the anti-lock braking system). This actuator was fine before the brake system was 'fixed' by the recall and I spoke with others who know about this braking system, and they confirmed that an error or component malfunction like this could be caused by the work performed by West End Lincoln. West End Lincoln refused to fix the problem they had caused. I spoke with the manufacturer (Lincoln, made by *************** and they called the dealership who again denied culpability and refused to fix the problem they have caused. This kind of closed-loop complaint/resolution system could only find that they werent liable. Why would they suddenly change their mind? Lincoln closed the case with no satisfactory resolution. In addition, I posted a review of their services and the *** *************************, posted that he would like to speak with me, and he left his phone number. Ive called many, many times and left messages. He has not returned any of my calls. The vehicle is still not fixed after two months. I dont really know where else to turn at this point.

            They say they "don't negotiate" but that is really just BS for them to get as much money out of you as possible. I was looking at a used car and the first time I sat down with them I was asking they take $200 off the price. They said they "don't negotiate" so I walked away. I told them to call me if they didn’t sell it soon and they said they would call on Monday. Monday came and went without a call and so did Tuesday. Then I saw online that they had dropped the price of the car $350. THIS IS EVIDENCE THAT THERE WAS ROOM FOR NEGOTIATION! I tried to call Tuesday to book an appointment. No answer from the salesperson I had been working with or their sales department. I went in Wednesday and re-opened the conversation with them. I asked them to lower the price more but again got the same "we don't negotiate" line. I tried to instead ask for a couple free oil changes and they tried to sell me a three-year maintenance package instead. I turned it down. After all that I was hoping I could at least get a good price for my trade-in...NOPE! They demand prices ABOVE Kelly Blue Book value for their vehicles but won't give top dollar for trades. Thankfully I had a backup offer for my trade otherwise I would have walked away again. We then discussed add-ons. When I turned down an extended warranty package, they asked if I would reconsider buying it if they could get the price lowered...THATS NEGOTIATION! I told them I wouldn't reconsider but they still came back with a cheaper price. So they ARE willing to negotiate, but ONLY on items that THEY MAKE MONEY ON. Finally, I always like to drive off the lot with a car that is washed and has a full tank of gas. They did wash the car but when I asked them if it had a full tank of gas their exact words were "The minimum I'm required to give you is only 1/4 of a tank so I didn't bother putting any gas in.". That really pissed me off because they basically admitted that they won't do anything but the BARE MINIMUM for their customers.
