            we contacted this company to detect a leak in our inground swimming pool in April of 2000. they determined where the leak was and said they could cut the concrete and repair. the summer came and went with no repair. they were going to do it in the fall of 2000, but said it got too cold for concrete to cure. "We'll get to it first thing in the spring of 2001". It is now thr middle of August and we received a call this morning that they wouldn't be able to do it at all claiming they didn't have the proper help at this time. WE would give this company an F on comunication and follow thru. we have paid the city of Blaine, MN money for water usage at a rate of 2-3 inches every other day for the better part of 9 months during the swimming season. is it possible to recoop some of that money for water?l

            We have kept in contact with this customer and had hoped to perform the repair in the spring. The customer was not quite ready in the spring. As is the nature of the pool season everyone got extremely busy as the summer progressed. This year of 2021 is very difficult to hire manpower. We called the customer and recommended a pool company could be more helpful. Our goal is to have the best service for the customer.

            Their response is misleading as we had to contact them and rarely got a call back. When we did get a call back this past spring, they said they would fix it. Then , I'm sorry, we can't do it.
