I normally am not a person to rant on here but. I would like to share my experience with a St. ******* based company. As I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Recently I went to A1- Quick lube in ***************** *********. Went in for a regular oil change, they didnt put the bolts back into my splash guard, and it caused my splash guard to rip while driving. Went back to get them to replace the part, they first told me the dealership did it wrong, (the dealership hasnt worked on it since before I bought it. Had to argue and prove it was them, (they found the missing bolts after)Then took 2 MONTHS for the part to come in, when I could have had it in 2 days ordering it myself.They put the new one on, INCORRECTLY AGAIN. We went back. Waited a good while for the owner to show up to see what was happening. As soon as he arrived he proceeded to try and give every excuse as to why it wasnt done correctly the first time, how it wasnt their fault, ect. After ****** proceeded to have to show them what was wrong and how to fix it, we asked for a refund for the oil change for having to come back multiple times, we were screamed at swore at and berated by the owners.
