The company installed my driveway in July 2021 and warranty for 5 years. The work did not go smoothly. It started from 7:00 in the morning and not done until the night time 9:30 PM. The concrete was slow to spread out due to not enough workers, cement truck did not provide enough concrete, they had to go to ****** to get 5-6 bags of cement and manually mixed it.The owner apologized for all mishaps. By November 2021. he called me and told me he sued the cement company and won. He promised he will re-do my drive way. After the winter 2021 and by May 2022 and contacted the owner to set up the schedule for him to re-do my driveway. He did not respond. Later he stopped by without any appointments. After telling me his company had been doing well, he said he will coat the driveway rather than redoing it and promised to do it in July 2022. I tried to call and email him to set the date for his work. He never respond after many text, call, and email. After the 2021 winter the cement was scaling. Now after 2022 winter the scaling got more severe like gravel. When I plowed the snow the concrete scaling flew all over place to my yard. I was terrible that the owner did not stand behind his work and did not have a good faith for his 5 years warranty.
