The entrance and common area of the building of the condo that I reside in are filthy and not kept up with by our management company. According to Legacy, a 'deep cleaning' is done every spring and fall, however this was not done in either spring or fall of 2022. I have included several pictures of the conditions, including: the plastic runners which are extremely filthy and have layers of dirt on them, the entrance door, with apparent creamy beverage splash, along with a gap in the entry door, allowing cold air to rush in and heat to rush out, a large chunk of door trim that hasn't been repaired for at least 10 years when the common area was redecorated, filthy and dusty window ledges, cobwebs in corners, dirt and scuff marks all along the entry walls, light fixtures outside the garages with extreme dirt and cobwebs, etc. I have contacted Legacy about this issue 3 times (starting 9/2/22) with no resolution. The last time I contacted them (11/4/22) I had not received resolution and told them that I would not be communicating with them anymore about these issues and instead would contact the BBB.
