***** Durand was incredibly professional and is an expert at his craft. He and his team completed a laundry room, entry way and entire basement remodel; including a bathroom too. Everyone was professional, respectful, timely and good communicators. The team also worked diligently to make sure we were rarely without our laundry machines, which was greatly appreciated!Review from Timothy W

DCS has done several projects at my house.- General remodel - new gutters, new driveway and built a shed.- Kitchen remodel. Huge project. New cabinets, new appliances, moved a wall, put in a header, fixed the floor, refinished the fireplace, all sorts of great upgrades.- Remodeled **********. Looks amazing. Epoxy floor, new shelves, painted, new lights, side mount garage door opener.- Bathroom remodel. Built a new tile shower, installed a new ************** new lights. DCS - Timely work. All project timelines have been very accurate.- Quote. DCS builds in a buffer in their quotes. They know projects always have unkown issues. Because of this, the quotes tend to seem high, BUT they are often very close. I consider this a very good thing.- Professional work. The general contractor does amazing work, and he manages his sub-contractors extremely well.- Input. DCS gives great ideas! They build upon their wealth of experience to come into your house with creative ways to solve problems and meet your needs.I'm extremely satisfied with their work.Review from Mitch H

We recently had our kitchen and attached 4 season porch remodeled with ***** and DCS. This had been a long held wish of ours, with some general ideas of layout and what we wanted to see improved but really not knowing where to start. ***** was a wealth of information and ideas right from the start. With his feedback and estimates, we could then project what we wanted to do and the right timing for us to do it. From beginning to end, one of the things most appreciated is *****'s communication. It was always clear what was going to be happening, when it was going to take place, who would be involved, any decisions/options we *** need to settle on, etc. When ***** saw things that *** be a challenge, *** cost a little more or where there's an opportunity to save, he would call this out. I appreciate his honesty and openness. This carried on to any of the subcontractors helping out as well, all very personable, clear in communicating what they're doing, experienced and did really solid work. We have been very happy with our remodel. It has turned out well beyond what we had imagined could be accomplished in our kitchen!Review from Robert S

Our family first hired Durand Construction Services to remodel our child's bathroom. During that project, we were astonished at the quality of Durand Construction Services. *****'s skill was apparent when we discussed the scope of the project. Within a few days after scheduling our project, ***** had already lined up all our vendors for us to make our selections. *****'s skill as a General Contractor was truly apparent during the remodel. ***** made sure to communicate material deliveries, subcontractor schedules, and inspections. As someone who works with various contractors on a daily basis, I'm rather selective about who I would allow to work on my family's house. Our experience with Durand Construction Services was so exceptional that we hired ***** and his team to remodel our Kitchen. We also plan to have Durand Construction Service remodel other areas of our home.
