My central air went out the tech came and he was there for over an hour checking everything he then explained everything that was wrong while showing me pictures of the issue. I ended up having to replace my central air mine was not worth fixing so another gentleman came and went over all my buying options he was very pleasant and comfortable to talk too. Everything was done so fast I was very pleased with everything!Review from Molly A

I had hired HomeWorksPlumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning to replace a faucet for my laundry tub. He told me the price was 987 dollars. When I asked him why is was so expensive, he said it was a top of the line faucet. I had to get it fixed because it had been leaking for over a month and the association was complaining about the high water usage in this area. HomeWorks were the business that come come the soonest. I agreed to have them do it. The plumber was here for an hour and a half. Part of that was his waiting for a faucet to be delivered. When I saw the invoice, it did not list the price of the faucet or the work. I asked what the faucet cost and the plumber said he didn't know. I then called the office. They then sent me the same invoice with just the price. I called again and was told a manager would call me. No one called so I called again. The receptionist talked to a manager and then told me they don't break down the prices. Nit only are their prices outrageous, their billing is deceptive.Review from Curt L

Luke was very friendly and personable. He was knowledgeable and efficient in his work and arrived (with advanced notice) almost an hour early! But…….like every HOMEWORKS technician, he recommended changes to our heating and a/c systems that totaled $1,466.10. I called my furnace installation company and they recommended a furnace and a/c check-up every 5 years!!Review from Mike P
