              They do not disclose their actual credit score requirements. They have a list of many other requirements but it is not until you are less than 10 days out from closing deny you a loan. Very unprofessional, just give you an generic email to appeal to even when you are able to prove lack of response on their part. Also they pull credit without borrowers authorization.

              Thank you for reaching out regarding your concerns. Our goal is to provide positive customer service to each and everyone who we connect with and I am sorry to hear that we did not met this goal in our interactions with you. We seek to provide complete information regarding our programs through our website and interactions with our staff and provide this information in a timely manner. In this case, we were able to communicate a response within 3 days of receiving the pertinent information which was based on a number of criteria, not just one. We utilize a general email as a best practice to ensure that we can provide a timely response to inquiries and communications even if any one individual is not in the office. We also always have a signed borrower authorization on file prior to pulling credit for anyone, which we complete when the early loan disclosure forms are signed, which is when the borrower authorization form was signed in this case. We are continually seeking ways to refine and enhance our customer service and appreciate your feedback which we will utilize to further this goal. Thank you again for taking the time to reach out regarding this matter.
