  I hired him for snow removal 1 time he came did about 1/2 the job. had to get a neighbor to help finish.2 time didnt do 1/2 the driveway ,had to have the neighbor to finish.3 time came while it way still snowing and snowed 3 more inches and the plow hadnt come by yet, and never came back. I gave him a check that day for ****** and put stop payment on it.So he say he was here 7 times and only here 3 and wants me to pay ******

  I have received your complaint, and would like to clarify a few things. Yes it did snow 7 times but only 4 out of 7 required removal, because in your contract it states that we will only come out if it is 1 inch or more. We also drove past every property we cover to make sure it has been done, if the property has already been cleared then we consider it done. As for the driveway not being completely done, we could not finish the driveway because there we vehicles in the way. The client would also come out while we were shoveling and make small talk, they never mentioned anything about fixing something or gave us any complaints. The complaints would be given after we had left the property, and by the time we would return it was already fixed or finished. We also state in our contract that we will be out to remove the snow within 24 hours from when the last snow fall has ended. We are also not responsible for snow drifts that occur or if the city plows after we have already cleared the property. We do keep track of how much snow we get and what time we arrive and leave a location. They did email us saying he paid someone else to do his snow removal and taking that into consideration plus all of the confusing texts and emails we decided that it would be best to terminate the contract. We did try to contact them to see if we could resolve this without having to involve a third party, but we received no response. The reason he is being charged that much is because in the contract it states that a payment of $267.19 would be made on the first snowfall which  was on 11/14/2022. We did not receive a payment until the 7th snowfall on 12/15/2022, we deposited the check on 12/17/2022 but the payment was taken back on 12/21/2022. So we never accutualy got a payment from the client. We are only charging them for the first half of the agreed upon price for the season because we are already halfway through the season. We are very sorry that they are disappointed with our services.
