All *** supplied appliances for our new build house. We moved in June 25th of 2022. We began having problems with our GE Advantium microwave oven. The controls would blink on and off and make it so you couldn't use the controls to turn oven on or off or set timer etc.All *** sent out several repair people and there seems to be a few issues.1. There is no placard with the product code on the microwave. This makes it apparently hard for them to order the right parts?2. We have literally had a dozen service calls and the problem is still not fixed - over a year later.3. It is hard to get in communication with All ***, **************** people voice mails are full, etc.At this point, I have asked All *** to replace the microwave completely instead of continuing to try and repair the unit.Customer response

Per the customers request, ALL, Inc. did submit a request for replacement authorization from the manufacturer (GE). This request was granted, and ALL, Inc. is currently in the process of coordinating the installation of the replacement product with the customer, *****.
