              Purchased a ******* Dishwasher from Lowes Hardware in *********, **, Have used it three times and it started leaking from underneath, I have contacted their warranty holder Smart Care on Several occasions, they have scheduled repairmen to fix it only to be a no show twice, or have cancelled on me by text, I have been it touch with ******* Corporate as well and nothing is getting done.               If I could give zero stars, I would. Do NOT use this company! They will not give you a quote without credit card authorization. They dont give you any diagnosis estimate up front. They come and spend 45 minutes doing a diagnosis and then give you a quote which was honestly about twice what it should have been. I fixed it myself for almost 1/3 of the cost. But even though I elected not to do the work, I was charged not once, but twice totaling $1400!! They denied a dispute claim. What an awful way to do business. Avoid!!!! My fault for not reading the steam of bad and truthful reviews.
