      Purchased a ******* Dishwasher from Lowes Hardware in *********, **, Have used it three times and it started leaking from underneath, I have contacted their warranty holder Smart Care on Several occasions, they have scheduled repairmen to fix it only to be a no show twice, or have cancelled on me by text, I have been it touch with ******* Corporate as well and nothing is getting done.       Smart Care Equipment Solutions does not supply individual household kitchen equipment. We do not supply Lowes.  We know that there is a company with a very similar name that has come across my desk before.  Unfortunately, they will need to confirm or provide documentation to validate.  It is our position that we are not the correct Company to file the complaint against as we do not do ANY residential/private equipment.

      We reached out seeking someone to fix our dish machine as this was one of the companies listed by the manufacturer as servicers of their equipment. They collected our contact info and said someone would be in touch. We never heard back from them until after we found another company to complete the repairs. They had no appointment with us and we did not authorize them to come out or to complete any work. They are now fraudulently claiming we owe them over $800 for absolutely NOTHING.

      Customer ***************************** from *****************************, ************, called our company, Smart Care Equipment Solutions on Wednesday, March 29,2023 requesting service on their bar dishwasher. Our credit department sent the customer a new customer form, which was returned to us completed immediately, from email address ************************ to confirm service. We scheduled the technician to be on site, Tuesday March 4, 2023. ************** showed up to repair the bar dishwasher on Tuesday, March 4, 2023 as requested, only to then be turned away by the cafe manager. No one from ***************************** called Smart Care Equipment Solutions to inform us that they were cancelling the scheduled service. It is our policy at Smart Care if a customer calls and requests **********************, and we approve them for credit, it is the customer's responsibility to call us and cancel if service is no longer required. The customer failed to call ********************** Care to cancel their requested service. ***************************** was then billed the the minimum labor and trip charge for **************'s time. Even though the customer did not follow the agreed cancellation process, we still provided a full credit of the invoice billed even though it meant a lost job for **************. 

      I believe  that our company, Smart Care Equipment Solutions, went above and beyond for ***************************** even though we lost revenue due to the customer failing to cancel a ********************** they requested.

      On March 19th, 2023 I requested service at my company for a leaking dishwasher. The technician arrived, didn't repair the appliance, charged me for 4 hours work when he was only here for 3 hours. I disputed the charged extra hour, won the dispute, but have never been sent the check even though I have requested the check multiple times. I now would like a full refund for services provided due to the fact that the equipment wasn't repaired and I had to call an different repair company to come and actually fix the dishwasher.
