In September 2021 I won an incentive prize that was administered by Augeo Marketing,I was directed to a website to log into with information to redeem the prize I won $1500.00.There were different ************* certificates to choose from,recently I logged in to the website to redeem those and was told I have a zero balance.When I contacted the company they could not give me an honest answer as to why I was not able to redeem the prize I won.They tried to accuse me of falsifying the webpage and claiming anyone could find what I found.They have refused to fulfill the gift that I won.Business response

Hello. We are not aware of a program or award as described by this customer. We have checked with our account teams and our membership databases. We have attempted multiple times to reach this customer via the contact information provided but have not gotten any response. Please let us know what else we can do to try to resolve this matter quickly.

I am rejecting this response because:The $1,500.00 reward was in my account when I would log into the website,Augeo Marketing is choosing a different scenario to fit their narrative.
