I reached out to All Star Moving for their services to move a piano. They were extremely responsive. We set a moving date for Thursday, January 18th. I was told over the phone that the company had big job on that day, but that they would be able to do my job. Thursday will be fine was the exact response I received. Thursday came and I heard nothing at all from the movers until I reached out to them. This was the first red flag. This begin the slow communication timeline. They became extremely slow to respond from this point. Eventually I was told that it was understood that they could choose the day they wanted to do my job. WHAT?! They did not come to do the job that day. It was delayed and delayed until they canceled. We scheduled it for the following Thursday to happen between 10AM- 2PM. Again, the day of the move, I heard nothing at all from the company. I finally messaged an hour after the planned upon start time, and got some lame (clearly made up) excuse about a member of the team having covid and everyone now needing to be checked. Sir, this is ****. The covid guidelines have changed! If you search their online reviews, you can see that COVID is a common excuse they use to excuse the unprofessionalism. I believe, they were on another job and completely forgot about mine until I messaged. In fact, I have proof that they were. Once the job was finally done, 5 hours after scheduled, I received a message from the them telling me that the job would cost and extra $85. He preceded to threaten me that he was a lawyer and that the payment price would increase an extra $25 every day they didnt get their money. He went on a rant about how they offered me a great deal to begin with. Though the workers are friendly and the job was eventually completed, this company is completely unprofessional in communication and scheduling. I will make sure to communicate this across all media accounts that they have until the extra costs that I paid are returned!Business response

We totally understand how rescheduling can be irritating sometimes. I would like to take the time out to say we're sorry about the date change of your job. However I really think we did a great job giving you a quote for ******, pianos are considered a heavy additional item in the moving industry that can cost from 200-1000$ with a truck charge. We didn't profit anything off your job, we only paid our employees. Without a scratch or damage on your piano do you not think it's fair to not leave negative feedback about a good service ? You did say we did a good job
