On January 20, 2023 I moved and hired mats moving. Three days after I moved I noticed a box was missing. So I called them and left a message with their claims department. I did this for days and days straight with absolutely no response. I left very detailed messages every single day. Stating that I was missing a box, what was in the box, my phone number, to leave me a detailed message when they called me back, etc. finally, after several days, a woman called me back and I was unable to answer the phone. She left me a voicemail saying Im calling you back goodbye nothing about my box. This has gone on for a month. I have been calling and leaving these messages and no one has ever called me back after that one woman. Im sure my box is long gone by now. I dont know if I ever even looked for my box or did anything about it or cared to do anything about it. I wouldnt hire these people for anything because all they want is your money and once they get your money they dont do anything for you. The movers that moved me were wonderful. But, their customer service is horseshit .Business response

I spoke with the crew lead and on every move they have the customer check the back of the truck to make sure everything is off.
I have also emailed the customer out a claims form for the missing carton.

I am rejecting this response because:
They have not emailed me anything. I guess if I checked anything when they were leaving, they just told me to sign I did not read the things. I was anxious to get things unpacked. I have people here who are trying to get finished up to leave. That was absolutely my mistake. But I did not check the back of the truck. I did not check in the cab of the truck. All I am asking is that they check to make sure that it was not there and to return phone calls. Which they are not doing. That is courtesy. That is good customer service! They obviously dont know the meaning of it.Business response

I have spoken with the customer, she is missing a open top box with a lavender file folder, dog bowls, etc.
I have reached back out to the crew to see if they recall this carton .

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. He did ******************* to me finally, and said that they checked with the two people who moved me and they did not remember seeing any box. They did check with the office and there was no box left in there. Also, they checked with the customer that was moved with the same vehicle. As I was and there was no box left in the vehicle and she did not receive any extra box. So, I am now satisfied that they did check thoroughly. There is no box there and I did tell them that I appreciated them. Finally checking for me to resolve this issue. Thank you so much for following up.
