I purchased a battery for my car from AutoZone 10/28/22, where the employee offered to install it for me, installed the battery improperly and caused polarity damage throughout my vehicle. They had the vehicle towed to a ***** dealership to have parts replaced and agreed to pay for damages and return my car to working order as it was before the polarity accident. A series of repairs was needed, first to get my car running, then to repair the sound system. In attempting to repair the sound system, AutoZone suddenly refused to reimburse me for replacement of the amplifier, this repair estimated is to cost $1948.00. I need AutoZone to pay for the amplifier replacement and any other repairs needed (though the amplifier is assumed to be the last needed part) resulting from damage caused by their employee.The District Manager, *********************, has been a point of contact to resolve the issue, and on March 13, 2023 suddenly claimed that AutoZone is not responsible for repairing my audio system, and unwilling to pay for the replacement amplifier, despite them already paying for initial repairs to the main radio unit ($749 check that I am unable to cash because they put release of liability language on the signature line). ************ has been non cooperative and rude at times, taking weeks to reply and ignoring attempts at correspondence. This issue has been filed with the ** ************************ who recommended filing this issue here as well.Initial Complaint

I was an employee there and i got wrongfully terminated i was being told 2 different things by two different people and i was still wrongfully terminated without a warning. I'm putting in a complaint against the company and there not following companies policies by keeping my stuff confidential the managers there is telling everyone at different stores i was terminated .
