On 9/24/2021 I purchased multiple pet products from Twin Cities Reptiles. I was contemplating purchasing dog boots, and specifically asked the sales person about my ability to return them. I was told there would be no problem returning them as long as I had the receipt. I purchased them; however, today attempted to return them and was told I could not. They informed me there was a 30 day window, and they would not allow me to return them. I also asked if I could exchange them, and was told I could not. I would like a refund, because I was given inaccurate information at the time of purchase and would not have bought them if I had known about the 30 day window (I have a new baby, so finding time for returns is hard). Additionally, there is nothing on their receipt to indicate the 30 day window. It simply says "Receipt required for all returns." My husband and I have been loyal costumers of this business since 2007, so I am very very disappointed in them. Other pertinent information: The Transaction ID is ************. Date 9/24/21 and time was 2:13 pm. The cashier was 17, and the account number was 3579. The total on the receipt is 140.13; however, the dog boots cost 11.99 (not including tax). I attempted to return them today (11/15/21 at approximately 12:30 pm). Thank you for your help in this matter!
