          Government Action: BBB reports on known government actions involving business’ marketplace conduct:
          Minnesota Dept. of Labor & Industry Consent Order

          On August 26, 2021,  the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11 (b)(8)(9) and 326B.33, subds. 14, 15, 16, (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure that all electrical work is performed by a licensed master or journeyworker electrician or an individual who is a registered unlicensed electrician under supervision as required by Minn.Stat. 326B.33, subd. 12(a). In addition, the business shall pay $3,500.00 of a $7,500.00 civil penalty with the balance stayed  on the condition that the business fully complies with the terms of the  Consent Order and engages in no further violations of any law, rules or orders under DLI's responsibility. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the below link.
