    MSP heating and plumbing installed a new furnace and a/c unit in my home in November. During the installation of the furnace they damaged my floor. I was told they would fix the floor, I have additional tiles, no problem. They sent a repair person without an appointment who left without doing the work after I told him about the subsurface under the tiles. I have called MSP three times and sent a letter to the general manager. All of my communication has been ignored. I have not heard back from my messages.

    Our Install Manager is working with ******* on this issue so we can get it resolved and has been in communication with her.

    Had msp install a new furnance In in dec/Jan. After installation I had concerns that the pipe leading to the roof of the house was not covered, and rain would get in the house from this uncovered pipe. I raised my concerns to the Manager/ owner. Manager informs me this is standard procedure and covering the pipe would void warranty. Fast forward 2 months later and water is leaking into my basement because of this uncovered pipe. Very frustrated that my initial concerns months ago were brushed off.. only for them to be very real and valid!Very terrible service.

    We contacted this customer on Wednesday 3/23/2022 to discuss this complaint - After talking with the customer, and going out to the house we were able to address the problem. The issue that caused the water to leak should be resolved.
