I am a contractor and done work for this company at some of there properties in ******************* country view apartments and ******* apartments they owe me over $10,000 and no one with the company will answer my calls or even return calls or text or emails. This is not a good company to do contract work for. They lie to you and tell you what they think you wanna hear but it never happens. If youre in business to make money stay away from them.Review from Georgette C

I live at Creek Run Townhomes they never fix anything and when they do its not done properly they want the rent but you will wait months to get things fixed and sometimes years most of us have to come out of pocket and pay for our own repairs and we do not get reimbursed maintenance emergency never shows up and when you call Premier housing in Saint **** you can never get a hold of anyone the phone just rings and rings we cant keep a manager or a maintenance person so we have to wait for months to get our stuff repaired but theyll leave notes on your door about paying your rent they are slumlords they dont have a caretaker the property is always full of garbage the walkway/the path that is behind the townhomes they never keep that maintained as well how is this right?Review from susana h

I live in Yorktown Continental Apts. it is a 12 story building with one laundry room which has 9 laundry machines, FOUR of this machines have been broken for months, this week a FIFTH one broke down. It a shame that I have to go to the laundromat to wash my clothes! This is negligence in maintenance. Fix them !

This was a one-time occurrence and most all the seniors love the complex where you can live in the heart of ***** in a HUD subsidized unit.
