  We paid ************************* the owner of Home Proz Llc - $2,293.98 via Pay Pal for the down payment on the Estimate (#*** prepared on 1/29/2023) of $4,587.96.It was for some minor remodeling to my home, that was to be completed by March 1, 2023. **************** did some sanding and mudding to a couple walls one afternoon and never returned to my residence to complete work. He will not answer phone calls or return voice mails. I have the estimate and PayPal receipt but webpage wont let me upload it. I can email it if you would like me to.

  This claim is false. She is claiming that one afternoon of work was done when there was 13 hours completed at the job site mentioned. Also materials were supplied to the resident and left at the job site. There was an entire room skim coated, bay window re sheetrocked and finish to paint ready, wall framed up and sheetrocked, bathroom wood paneling torn down and skim coated, kitchen wall mudded and sanded, electrical ran that was hanging out of the wall, there was over *************************************************************** to start doing stuff for free and got angry when I would not pick up doors for them and kept harassing home proz. The claims are false. I bill ****** an hour. Also the property was out of area and 1 hour 40 min away so there was a trip charge for 3 trips to property. Trip charge for material and also a charge for shop vac that is still at property. Just someone trying to get something done for free.

   I am rejecting this because: 

  I have enclosed herewith copies of the text correspondence between HomeProz and I regarding the verification that he wa going to get the doors picked up for me . Also correspondence showing Mr. ****** telling me about free cabinets that he had taken out of a previous job and was going to use in my residence.
  

  All of the supplies that were used I had previously purchased for the person that was doing the work on the residence prior to HomeProzs being hired to do the job. 
  
  **************** told me the residence would be completed by March 1, 2023 at the latest  and it was not. I had a renter lined up to move in on that date, whom now has rented another place because of the unavailability of my residence, due to the unfinished construction. 
  
  I would like receipts from Menards for the stuff that was purchased the one day he was at my place and did a few hours of work.
