Paul went above and beyond when working with the insurance company. He was extremely responsive. He also kept us informed through out the entire process. We had both our roof and siding done. The crews did a great job and always cleaned the area after working. We are so happy with the look of our new roof and siding. The workmanship was stellar. Thank you to Paul and the crews!

The roof was mediocre- cleanup was awful. They left the yard, alleyway, driveway, and neighbor's yards littered with roofing nails and shingle debris. $1500 later just for the new tires I needed from the roofing nail punctures. Texted the sales mgr the night they left my yard filled with nails and debris and he informed me cleanup was the following day- 4 days later someone showed up and did a horrible job on cleanup. This company is rushing to complete as many jobs as possible, leaving its customers to clean up their mess.

Hi ******, knowing that your roof was completed 1 1/2 years ago, we are surprised to be hearing from you not only on the BBB but ******.  As I indicated in our response to your ****** review yesterday, we are sorry for your nail woes from 1 1/2 years ago.  We try our best to clean up but as is stated in our contract, some nails and debris will remain.  Hope you have a better day.  We certainly are not taking responsibility for you driving down the alley.  However, we are always open to receiving phone calls and providing service to our current and previous customers, if there was an issue or is in the future as your roof is under warranty, call the office.  It's a better way of doing business.  

Paul was great! He made the whole process so easy for us. He dealt with the insurance company. We are looking forward to our new siding and roof.

They were completely unreliable. I waiting 9 months after being misleading about scheduling. I called multiple times to several staff and they did not start my siding, facia, and soffit project when they said each time. The clue was the hint they "would not make much profit" on my project during the estimate. Luckily, when I demanded my refund back and began considering legal options for the large deposit, they finally completed the project and even agreed to last minute expansion. As a residential customer, do not trust this company at all for their scheduling and choose another company that is reliable.

Hi ****, Team TCR completed your siding repair project 7/24/2023. We started on 7/21/23 and completed 3 days later including taking care of multiple change order items added to the scope of work. We are sorry think you have received poor service months after you project was completed. We facilitated all contract and change order items. Have a great day.

Good job evaluating the roof and explaining what they will do to replace it. Paul worked well with the insurance adjuster to get what we needed.

My experience with TCR was great. I appreciate the guidance and suggestions Paul W. gave me regarding not only my shingle choices, but my ventilation system as well. He encouraged me to try the GAF Snow Country Advanced Ventilation System, which is a ridge vent with two mid-roof vents (one in front, one in back) to replace my old box vents. He also gave me a quote for redoing the deck of my roof, as I still had the original roofing boards that let in a LOT of air (hot and cold) between the gaps. Paul was honest and answered all my questions. Signed the contract for work in April, and they were out in early May to get the work done! Everything was done in a day, and the crew cleaned up well afterward. I love the new ventilation system (no more stuffy half-story!), and the new shingles really gave my house a face-lift. I also don't have to worry about the gaps in my roof boards now with a new OSB deck on the roof. I'm already seeing savings on my energy bill as a result. If you want a local company to do your roofing job, give TCR a call.
