            This was to do the driveway, sides of the house and back from shed to shed. When we signed the contract on 8/20/21 the information that was present on the signed contract included: ****. the 200. for the additional asphalt/******** and the 150. for possible ******* fee. Completion date 8/26/21. After we signed the contract he stated he messed up the numbers. He went to his truck to retrieve another contract which he said he left at home and would provide the following day. (Pd him ****). Back and forth communicating about the delivery of the contract. It wasn't provided until 9/1/21 via mailbox. It showed that he breached the contract in several ways which includes: Changing numbers on contract, charging additional 300., Not completing the job, not returning the funds, not returning calls, text messages and no shows, requested a refund of ****. with no response. I'm fine with him keeping the 300. for the 1 truck of ********. Pictures/Videos to support my claim. More upon request.
