RTSR provides a great service! They are very professional, with great customer service and the appointment confirmations, communication etc. that you should expect from a serious organization in 2024. Eric S did a great job with our yearly sewer inspection and cleaning. He was customer friendly, reviewed the work he was doing and the progress he made, answered my questions, and was protective of our new carpet when carrying his root rooter inside. As always, the team with Ron the Sewer Rat is great! The entire team, from the first phone call to the plumber were terrific - friendly, professional and fast! I use Ron the Sewer Rat for all of my plumbing needs, from replacing the plumbing stack in my 1918 house to installing a new toilet and pedestal sink. I highly recommend them!Review from Lew B
