We originally contacted Summit Fire Protection on approximately October 24, 2022, to cancel our annual security alarm services. Summit required that we complete and return cancelation forms, which we did on October 25, 2022. We understood that we would receive a refund of the balance of our annual security alarm services payment of $321.38, which we'd paid on February 22, 2022. Despite repeated assurances by Summit and our follow-up e-mails on December 13, 2022, and January 8, 2023, regarding our refund status, we have not received our refund balance from Summit.Business response

I am writing to apologize for the issues youve been having with our services. I would be more than happy to help you resolve these issue. I understand that you are looking for a credit of $321.38. Im proposing to issue a credit or cancelation of billing in the amount of $321.38.

We have not received our $321.38 refund from Summit, which Summit had agreed to as February 9. We told Summit on February 9 that we would not drop our complaint until we'd received our $321.38 refund. Accordingly, we will not "accept" Summit's response and will not drop our complaint at this time.
