There was a collection put on my credit for ******** I dispute it cause the amount was incorrect and lender page didn't make no sense the credit bureau removed it from my account. I went to Crestwood Apts 06/18/2024 to speak with the office about the balance that they are saying I owed she didn't know much about it and give me her regional manager (*********************) number, I got in hold with ************* and spoke with him about the balance he stated that he would remove $568.00 from the balance and would owe only $795.00 we agreed to a payment plan also. ************** stated that he would have the office manager call me so we could get things going. The office manager from Crestwood Apts calls me and states that no it's ********. I then agreed to meet her and still got no where she didn't do a payment plan for $795.00 like her regional manager told me over the phone just 15 minutes before she called me. I spoke to ********************* 06/18/2024 when we came to agreement of $795.00 we even spoke about me moving trying to find another place etc. ************** should be accountable for his agreement he made with me.Initial Complaint

I have tried to reach out several times only to be put on hold from living here due to check stubs I turned in all my paperwork I was told my move in date was today April 22nd, now im homeless.Business response

I have been experiencing trouble with my refrigerator for approximately 1+years. It makes extremely loud noise day and night. It also has been leaking. I have called the corporate office with no response. I cannot buy groceries except for in small amounts, because I am not sure when it will completely stop working. This is a very serious issue thst needs to be addressed immediately! I also have had to remove my hearing aids when it made the loud sounds , so that it would keep the sound from being so loud in my ears This has been an ongoing stressful situation for too long! Commonbond Communities along side *************************** and ********************* committed burglary at my apartment, This mafia style robbing was caught on camera at ****************************************************************** on Aug 1st 2023. Commonbond Is a non profit org, and use mob style tactics to rob there tenants and my apt over $500000 worth of personal property taken.Please stop themInitial Complaint

I am having an issue with my upstairs neighbors. This has been going on for years. I have probably complained close to 100 times. The noise is constant feom 7 am til 11 pm 12 am every day of the week. I have videos and emails that I've sent. Quiet time is 9 pm til 10 am and they have violated it 100 times and nothing is being done except being told I have to move to the 3rd floor. I have 4 kids snd lots of stuff and no friends or family to help. I just don't understand why nothing is being done about it and yet im being punished by having to uproot my familyBusiness response

I've been a member at the gateway towers since January 9th 2015 in 2017 I found out that they were pretty much running a racket both my vehicles were towed illegally I was never reimbursed or compensated my mental health is compromised aggravated PTSD because since 2017 I've been targeted for discrimination I have an eyewitness statement have proof of an illegal cashing of a money order that I drop into the rent drop slot box that is only accessible by employees of common Bond and or center City housing to which are intertwined one in the same I have a photocopy of the front and back of that ive contacted the ****** City human Rights officer to advocate for me as well I hope this reaches you in enough time to help myself I've been really struggling with addiction issues my mental health PTSD a generalized anxiety social phobia severe depression I'm a combat veteran I've had one nightmare that I can recall about my tour of duty in *********** I've had about four of them about this building I'm not being dramatic or dramatizing that in any way shape or form that is the cold-hearted truth and it's sad to say that I can manifest such fear from the only place I can call home at this time. I started out to seek mental health psychiatry and anxiety medications to help me sleep and like I said I've been struggling and other facets of life I don't really know what else to do I've contacted the ********* state's attorney's general's office and they called me back I believe it was them and I'm not 100% definitive on this but I'm pretty sure my email is compromised as maybe this device itself I have so much more to say every time I think about this situation though my PTSD spikes high and I can't really access I'll just say my cerebral cortex accurately or sufficiently enough to give you a proper chronological order of the events that have happened to me in this building at this time but upon request I will do my best. Gateway Towers was a property that we used to manage. Effective early to mid-2021, we no longer manage that property. I would suggest that **************** reach out to Center ******************* who at the time of this complaint, are the owners of the property.
