      Kicked me out without reason . He also continued to change the supposed rules day to day and held other standards for each person. Other people also getting evicted were explained why they were getting evicted as well as given the opportunity to remove their belongings multiple days and occasions at various hours of the night and day but yet I was not allowed to take items out of my unit unless it was during business hours and unless I was taking everything so so far I have not been able to retrieve one single item of mine he has locked me out and I need my medication and after multiple requests he continues to ignore my text messages and phone calls. The owner also had my full U-Haul towed out of their parking lot for no reason and then a week later went and bought 2-hour parking signs and put them up in the parking lot but they were not there when my U-Haul was towed and now I have an extremely high Bill plus I lost all of my belongings that were inside of the truck

      Thanks for sending the complaint. I have copied and pasted our issues with the customer. Most of these issues are actually notes we took long before there was a complaint made. In addition to these issues, we have attempted to assist **************** in moving her stuff to another facility, using our employees and moving van. She has refuses that offer. 
      Please see the attached items for your review. We can provide security footage (although were new at it and will take some time to learn how to share it) if need be. 
      1. Briannas boyfriend urinating on our property. He was seen and confronted by our employee who picks up litter. 
      2. ******* giving her dogs a shave on our property and leaving a pile of hair on our property. 
      3. ******* and her boyfriend smoking on the property, leaving cigarette butts on the ground. 
      4. ******* admitted spray painting a metal shelve black on our property, leaving our landscaping in that area black. She also spray painted her car while it was next to another customers car, leaving that customer visibly upset. 
      5. ******** boyfriend spray painted bikes on our road, leaving yellow and red/pink spray paint on the road.  
      6. ******** boyfriend attempting to hide a bike and some other things outside behind one of our large ventilation fans. 
      7. Frequently leaving her stuff outside our building on our property and inside in the hallway creating an unprofessional appearance and safety hazard. 
      8. The area around Briannas units is littered and requires us to pick up after her almost every time she visits and has a dirty floor like none of other customers have that we have to mop more than anywhere else. 
      9. Frequently being on the property overnight. 
      10. We have other customers who have commented on Briannas behavior. 
      Serious problems 
      Frequently propping the doors and gates at all hours particularly late night when it is dark creating an insecure and dangerous building environment. 
      Over filling her units such that our doors and locking mechanism are at significant risk of being damaged. 
      Leaving things in the hallway during the day and overnight that would be an obstruction in case of an emergency evacuation. 
       
      Business problems 
      Not being able to pay the rent on time or at all. 
      Demands for immediate access well after normal business hours when she has been locked out for the reasons sited above. 
      All the extra time it takes to provide services to just one customer paying less than $200 a month. If just 10 of customers were like *******, we would be struggling, if 40 were we would be put out of business. I cant imagine all 350 of our customers doing what ******* and her boyfriend do. What a disaster that would be. 
      Regarding the rules. 99% of our customers dont even need to be told the rules. Using a self-storage facility properly is not complicated. 
       
      We have a high-tech facility that we built in 2021. We have cameras and therefore pictures and video of much of this activity.  
      If we scoured the camera record, we may have it for most everything. 
      We have electronic doors that notify us when customers enter the building and open their unit door(s). 
      So we know what is going on at our building. 

      It is not just one reason we do not want ******* as a customer. 
      We are not trying to collect rent from *******, we just want her to leave.
