At least I got a refund.....After a rebuild, 2 separate dealerships, a Mobile "Technician" 48 years and retired, a the shop right across the street saying the transmission was bad, I got a refund.In-between dealerships, I paid again to get the transmission tooken out and when installed still the transmission was bad. The owner would go on to actually say "he is just going to blame the shop for installing incorrectly and I might as well take the refund because even in court I wouldn't get any more than I paid." Long story lots of Paperwork, texts, video and proof....I'm out of an extra $3500 and I'm right back where I started. Stay clear from these guys. I'm sure they treat their friends with extra care but other people, they won't care as much."Let's go *******" "urinating on Liberals" "build the wall" is plastered on rear of the mechanics truck.....Only sticker I agreed with is Protect the Police! I wouldn't even give them 1 star.....They knew the they didn't fully go through that Transmission, that's why they gave me full refund. He just wanted to get out of it...He could have easily gave that money to the shop to it right...Shady business here....All this transpired withing one month, which your warranty is within....But who warranties their work for one month? brought him my turbo 350 trans 2 years ago had him rebuild it along with a new torque converter. installed trans in the truck went to go bolt up the torque converter found it to not fit and would not credit me for the correct torque converter. strike 1. brought him the transmission out of my 71 buick gsx had him go threw it and rebuild it. installed trans went to go start it up and fluid shot out of the side missing line preasure port plug installed port. test drove car found it to shift very hard in all gears strike 2. Brought him the transmission out of my **** mercury grand ******** had him rebuild it installed transmission in vehicle set fluid level. test drove vehicle reverse works great drive only goes 10mph then tries to go to 2nd and it locks up. called owner of company asked what he wants to do about it he said to pull out the valve body and inspect it maybe something is not moving correctly. removed valve body and had a friend of mine come over that used to work for **** and all he did was **** transmissions. he went threw valve body and found he had put 2 check ***** in the diverter valve port causing issue. but when going threw the fluid found clutch material all over in the transmission and metal from his mess up. texted him pictures of what i had found no answer called him 4 times 3/19 /23 and called him 2 times 3/20/23 to see what he wanted to do got no answer. finally got a call from him at 5:00pm 3/20/23. i asked him what he would like to do refund money, redue the work for free, or have me send the bill from the new shop over to him. he told me he was not going to do any of that. and will not work with me at all and told me to f*** off and thanks for the cash cause that is the only way he allows people to pay so there is 850 dollars out of my pocket. just for that job will never use this business again and hope it gets shut down.

What he is saying is false information. For one thing who would buy two bad transmissions from me and then buy another one from me when he thought I did poor work. Then he said he tried to call me multiple times and said I would not answer but I answer my phone all the time because that is where my business is coming from. One time he called me and we spoke and I told him to bring the warranty and transmission and I would rebuild it again as per the warranty states. After that phone call I never heard from him again. There was no confrontation at all. I do not use foul language to my customers.
