I purchased a dress from the Wedding Shoppe. It had to be ordered as they did not have this new line in stock. It was ordered and shipped to my home within the timeline they said and the dress was the right size and color, no issues. I ended up having to return this dress which was not had nothing to do with the Wedding Shoppe. I returned the dress within 15 days as stated. Today the amount of the refund showed ** in my account and it was considerably lower than I was expecting. Not even 50%. I called to speak to the manager and spoke to ********. She explained the refund policy. I asked her why only 50% and what are the "restocking fees". This is when she became impatient and said didn't know but that was the policy and it was on the contract I signed. I asked her if there was a corporate office or another manager I could speak to. I felt that it was worth asking. ******** refused to give me her managers name and number and went from being impatient to raising her voice, talking over me and accused me of talking to her like she was a child. I apologized to her for that and let her know I was not accusing the Wedding Shoppe of any wrong doing and again asked for another contact person. ******** then responds with "why would I give you her name and number when all you are going to do is call and harass her." If I was talking to her like she said I was and if I was the one being combative and rude, why wouldn't she want to end the call and simply give me her managers phone number? She continue to refuse even after I reiterated that I was not calling to complain about the service or the handling of the return. In my opinion, ********** handling of my call, her raising her voice, talking over me, accusing me of talking to her like a child, and the most surprising part of all - her flat out refusal to pass along the name of her manager, is unacceptable. I would like to get the name of the person I should talk to, but I would also like an apology from ********.The Wedding Shoppe, Inc. Response

Returns must be within 15 days of purchase or receipt of merchandise. Return merchandise in its original condition, and in original packaging with tags attached. Ask to view our storage agreement for complete details.LIMITED LIABILITY: This merchandise is a special customer order, and may be subject to delays in manufacturing shipping or unavailability of style or colors ordered. Wedding Shoppe, Inc.s liability for delays or non-delivery of these items for whatever reason is limited to the retail.Again we apologize that you are unhappy with our return policy and customer service. I received an email response from the wedding shoppe, but it was just a copy of their refund policy. None of what I reference in my feedback has been addressed.
