My son had his first dentist appt with this establishment back in January 2022. They advised he had some issues with his teeth and we should schedule to get those taken care of, he would have to go under anesthesia. They would call around and get that figured out for us, we followed up with them over the next 5 months or so, several times because we were not hearing from them, we needed to figure out what was going on, they advised we were out of network with one place and they were looking into another option. We finally got his appt scheduled on a Thursday in June, so 6 months after the original appt in January. On Monday the week of the appt they sent a text message stating we owed them $2300.00. I called and was told they collect funds a week prior to the appt, I was also told they sent me an email which they did not. They said we could fill out paperwork for a payment plan, so we tried that only to be denied, they told us if we did not have the funds we would have to cancel the appt. The appt ended up getting canceled. The communication from them was horrible. They said the information about payment was in the paperwork which I received back in January and they never said another word until the week of the appt. My son is 6, I was appalled by the lack of communication as well as the lack of professionalism with the situation. They also mentioned that the estimate from our dental insurance took the 6 months to get back, which it was not I talked to the insurance company they had the estimate back to them within a couple days. I hope this situation does not happen to someone else. If they would have communicated better that would have been ideal but they did not. They were not helpful at all with helping us out. Just wanted the money after we waited 6 months for them to get us scheduled and once we did get scheduled all sorts of things came out of the woodwork that we were not aware of. Now we are starting over with a new establishment.
