-Monday 5/9/22 I begun renting a storage locker with Granite City Storage.-I used their facilities for 3 months.-I moved everything out of the storage locker I was renting before the third month was over and attempted to reach out and end my contract. -over the last month I have called and emailed Granite City Storage and they have only ever responded to one email -I called several times and during several different times of the day. left several voice mails and they have never picked up or called back.-The "email" on their website is the *** for the website and not an email.-I used previous communications to find their real email and emailed them. they responded once saying "Sorry, I will call you back later today" and nothing else.-They did call back, once, while I was at work and away from my phone and they continued not picking up my calls.-I emailed them informing them that I ordered a stop payment from my bank but would prefer to end my lease altogether. they once more never returned my email.after all of this I received a second email from them letting me know they were charging a late fee on top of everything else.Business response

I spoke to the customer on 8/25/22 and got him moved out of his storage unit. The customer was never charged for any month not used. ThanksCustomer response
