      I went to the site because it said that they had 100% 7-Day free trial when I tried to do a search it required me to pay and minimum of 95 cents to have a 7-Day trial when I inquired through the support address provided they stated yes it was a 100% free trial as long as I paid a minimum of 95 cents therefore it is not a 100% free trial I believe that advertisement needs to be removed from the internet

      WyTy kept my subscription open after my cancellation and charged me for 7 months without my knowledge or consent.On 2/15/2022, I registered for a 1-week Trial with WyTy for $0.95, with the intention of using it once. After gaining the information I sought, I cancelled my subscription on 2/16, so as not to incur the monthly $30 fee. However, the website never processed my cancellation, and continued charging me monthly fees without my knowledge. My account will still show that I have not signed into it since 2/16, as I no longer needed it and was under the impression I had closed the account. It wasn't until 8/24/22 that I noticed the payments to WyTy while looking over my bank statements. I contacted the company immediately, and while some of the customer service agents acknowledged that the website has had issues with this before, the company claimed they didn't see the cancellation and therefore didn't owe me the money back, denying any responsibility for the problem on their end. They refunded me the current month as a "courtesy", but have refused to refund the previous 6 months. The website does offer the service they advertise, but given my experience and other reviews I've seen on BBB, they seem to have some questionable practices to make extra money. I'd advise anyone using their service to keep screenshots and paper trails of all their interactions, as the company seems uninterested in doing so.

      Service was never canceled by this customer.  There have never been any "issues" with our cancel button.

      Like we mentioned before, all charges were in fact authorized by this customer when this customer  agreed to the terms and conditions when making the original purchase.

      Services have been rendered to this customer each and every month.

      Also stated in the terms is that all sales are final with no refunds.

      We have refunded your seven (7) orders of $29.95 each ($209.65 total) so this customer should see the refunds on their statement within the next 10 days.

      We also canceled this customers service as requested.

      I requested a report on august 15 2022 for a one time report only in the sum of ****. My card was promptly charged but i never received any report. I called the company right away and asked for my money back and was told all sales are final. *************

      We are not a scam company.  This customer purchased a Single Report for $9.95.  Not sure why she wasn't able to view the report as we have tested and everything is working fine with the software.  With that being said, we have voided this customers order of $9.95 so the customer should see the pending charge drop off their statement within the next few days.

      I checked my regions bank account today and there was a pending charge for a website called Wyty.com for $29.95. This confuses me as I have no recollection of ever using this site let alone putting my card information in. I would like to get this money back as soon as possible because I did not authorize this transaction and I really need that money.

      On *** 21, June 21 and July 21 this business charged a ***** on my citibank mastercard for each month. I did not notice it until today 7/25/2022 when I was reviewing my charges for the month (did not notice it in prior 2 months). I called the company WYTY to ask what this charge was all about. They said it was a subscription to look up peoples email, phone, etc. I told them I did not sign up for this and how did they get my credit card no. I told them there is no way I would even need this as I am a Realtor and already have a program thru my work to do this (thru our ***** of ********** I have cancelled my credit card and they are reissuing me a new one. This company said they would take July charges off for July but not the ***** for *** or the ***** for ***** My credit card company said they will take charges off but they should not be liable for these false charges this company should be. I quarantee I did not sign up for this program with this company. I have no other fraud charges on my card SO I would like to know how this company got my credit card information.

      We have refunded this customers three (3) orders of $29.95 each ($89.85 total) so this customer should see the refunds on your statement within the next 10 days.

      We also canceled this customers service as requested so they will not be billed in the future for this order.
