This business charged me for work on my brand new ATV when it shouldve been covered under warranty. The service department was very rude and the service department manager walked away from me when I was talking to him arctic cat told me the repair was covered under warranty so I spoke with the owner. They said they were going to pay me back after they figured it all out they never did, and no more communication from them at allBusiness response

Our records indicate that on three separate occasions we attempted to address our customers' concerns. Work was conducted under warranty at no charge to customer. This was accomplished due to the goodwill of our dealership with the manufacturer. Subsequent issues (battery drained) were investigated and determined to be a result of leaving the key in accessory mode, which maintains a drain on the battery. The vehicle used by our customer is similar to most other vehicles in that if the ignition switch is left in the accessory mode, the battery will be depleted and will eventually fail. Unfortunately, it falls to the owner to ensure the switch is properly turned off when the vehicle is not in use. We are not in a position to repair or replace equipment that is damaged in such a manner and it seems unreasonable to make such a request. Similarly, the manufacturer is unwilling to replace a battery that fails under such conditions. Apart from this issue, we are not aware of any deficiences in our diagnosis of the issue. If we are wrong, we are ready to address any further issues directly with our customer.
