Driveway seal coated and cracks filled in August, last year...March of this year my son noticed the sealer was chipping or peeling off in large areas..looked like there was sand or dirt in big patches...He called the company...they said shade could cause that. Didn't offer to come and repair their work..He mentioned my neighbor also had issues..theirs was done at the same time.. So my neighbor called and was told the same thing..shade could cause that..And they could come and re-do it, but they would be charged...So, also I called in Aug. or Sept..to tell them that a couple of the cracks they filled were opening up...and she said they would take a look and we never heard back.. I would never recommend them to anyone. I think someone said the seal coating should last a couple of years, not a couple of months...My neighbor isn't too happy either. NO Warranty either!!

We did check out the cracks after the customer called about some cracks not being filled. When we stopped out there we found out that all the cracks were filled. We didnt even charge them for filling their cracks when we sealcoated their driveway. We only charged them for the sealcoating. We filled all their cracks even the deep ones with hot 400 degrees crackfill. If a customer has a problem with their ********************** before our season is over we would be glad to stop out and repair the driveway.Most sealcoated driveways will last 2 to 3 years. Some possibilities why a sealcoated driveway wont hold over winter are really shaded driveways and tree sap falling from the trees.Also some older driveways that have no sealer on them before we sealcoat them might need another coat the following year.We work very diligently on our driveways.
