With 25+ years in the real estate business and dealing with multiple Title Companies I happy that I found West Title about 3 years ago. I have seen some other reviews about their service but i have not experienced that with them. I have found them to be fast, efficient and able to get the tough complicated deals closed. I would also say their prices are lower than the competition. West Title may not have a fancy office with fancy furniture in a high end luxury office but they more than make up for that with their experience and friendly service. I have referred dozens of clients to West Title in the past few years and all of them including myself have been happy with there services.Review from David H

West Title is one of the worst title companies i have ever dealt with in my 2 decades of real estate and with over 1000 closings! For what and how much does it take to fix an incorrect name on a Quit Claim Deed that YOU recorded without doing your own due diligence? $100-$300??? You then went ahead and insulted a potential client/former client's intelligence over a procedural mistake that happened on your premises. Instead of writing that wrong, you are bent on futility and you will lose reputation over $100. I will never do business with this moronic title and will encourage all partners to follow suit! Thanks for showing your real customer service skills...

Again ***** - I'm sorry you feel this way. Your business partner rushed to our office and asked for a favor to prepare and record a quit claim deed on year after a closing. As I made you aware, he gave incorrect entity information for the qcd. He did not pay for any services. I said I would help you fix this but you need to pay for the certified copies from Secretary of State and the recording fees. I would draft the paperwork free of charge.
