I ordered a product from this company's website and paid the $59.99 charge for the item on 10/29/2021. However to date, I have not received the item nor has the company responded to my three emails to them regarding a status check for the item. The company has no phone number listed on their website, and it (website) states that they will respond in 24 hours to emails yet have not.I have contacted my bank to dispute the charges as it is clear this is not a legitimate company to do business with.Initial Complaint

One month ago I placed an order with this company. I received an order confirmation and the $54.00 for the order was taken from my account. I was promised an update once the order had shipped.. To date I have emailed the company twice with no response, have not received my order, and have not gotten a refund. I want to get my money back.
