BEWARE: The front desk receptionist doesnt have any customer ********************** skills and doesnt care if they follow through with work they promise to have done. They dont answer their phone. I brought two trailer rims and two new tires into them in the morning around 9 am. I asked if they could put the tires on. The receptionist said they could. I asked how long it would take. She stated just about a half hour. I said okay that sounds good. I then asked if I could come back and pick them up. Then she changed the time frame to not being able to get to them until 3pm and it taking a half hour from then. I said that would be okay Id just come back. I left my card with my cell phone number and asked that they call me. I didnt receive any calls. I went to see if they were done *********************************************************************** the same spot outside their door where they had said to put them. I walked inside and asked when they were going to get to the tires and she stated that they had another vehicle up ************ and didnt know if theyd even get to them. I asked why she told me that they would have them down at 3:30 then? She told me to take my tires and leave. I said I would be letting people know about how I was just treated and I deal with people like her all the time. I grabbed my tires and left. Now my snowmobile trailer is still sitting next to an alley up on jackstands and I have no tires on it. Overall one of the worst customer ********************** experiences Ive had. The lady running the front desk was rude, not people friendly, acted distracted while trying to talk with her and they were originally cutting each others hair right at the front desk when I had dropped off the tires. Very unprofessional and a sad excuse for an auto service business.Business response

We did respond to ************* We did apologize for the situation at hand, the customer came in around ************. He asked how long it takes to mount 2 tires, he was told that it take a half an hour to do the job, but was told that the technician had an appointment at 1pm and we would not be able to get to them until after that appointment which should be 3-3:30. In our response to him after coming in rude and disrespectful to a tow truck driver, as the service writer was on the phone with another costumer. Once the service writer was off the phone, he was told that the job was taking longer than expected and we would get to the tires when he was completed with his schedule appointment. He continued to raise his voice and be rude. He was asked to take his tires elsewhere due to his demeanor and intimidation that he was a police officer. His comment about us not answering the phone: our shop is extremely busy and phones are ringing all the time, we have to call and find parts or deal with warranty. In our ****** response, we are a busy company with schedule appointment and do our best with walk-ins. We also, told him in the response that some jobs take longer then expected and our of our control. We also explained in our response, that our business strives to help local law enforcement and we do repairs on our local police and sheriff's department along with all tows in our area for law enforcement. After we saw the ****** review, we noticed that all of his reviews are negative and pointed that out, which at that time he gave his own company a 5-star positive review-on himself. We talked to a state trooper about the situation, he did contact his boss due to his intimidate of being a police officer. The trooper explained that our company is not at all like he explained, and ****** has had previous complaints on negative reviews, being disrespectful, using intimidation. The Monday after ****** was in the shop the review was removed.
