    I am writing to file a complaint regarding the service I received at this establishment on 4/27/2023. I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for a power window issue, which was completed by technician ******************Upon receiving the invoice, I noticed that I was charged $202 for one hour of labor. I questioned the service attendant, *******************, about this charge as I knew for a fact that the installation took no more than 15 minutes. **************** informed me that regardless of the actual time spent, I would be charged for a full hour of labor.I find it appalling and unethical that I was charged such an exorbitant amount for only 15 minutes of labor, and furthermore, that I was lied to about the actual time spent on the installation. When I expressed my concerns to ****************, she dismissed them and insisted that I pay the full amount.I am requesting a refund for the overcharge and ask that you investigate the unethical business practices at this establishment. I trust that you will take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that it does not happen to other customers in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I would put no stars but I have to select at least one. My experience was so negative that I would never buy a car here. I would not recommend them at all. We met in person with a sales rep and we were told this car would be available on Friday at noon. We were called on Friday morning stating the car was accidentally sold. There was some mess up. It was very disappointing that they sold the car b/c we wanted to buy a car by the end of the year so we were under a time crunch. This car had all our requirements so it was perfect. They said they were going to make it right but they did not. I had to call multiple times and did not get a call back. Finally, after many phone calls, he did leave a voice message stating he couldn't find our specific car. However, the Forest Lake Dealership did. And we bought from there. There was no effort from Fury to get the car we wanted and needed. I bought from them before but will never go back.
