I was charged three times $53.50, $31.50, and $30.00 for a total of $115.00. The employees at the establishment told me I did not pay. My friend then also paid that same amount, since the employees were adamant about me not paying, even though I did pay. I tried disputing these charges with my bank since my friend paid. My bank denied my claim since my card was charged there. I have to contact my friend and see if he can take a screen shot of his bank statement that would show that we were both charged the same amount on the same day at the same establishment.Business response

My name is *****. I am one of the managers at *****'s. **** and I have tried to get you a couple times on your cell but haven't gotten an answer. I have a review from you that I am seeing here. I was wondering if you have called down to the restaurant at all to have these transactions looked at? I would be happy to help you out with this. But I will need an exact date as to when this happened and other information you might have on your end. Did your friend pay with a card as well? I ask this because our computer system won't let two separate cards be charged for the same bill. Again let me know if I can help you get this resolved.
