On 11-26-21: Studio One Yoga's website had a Summer 3 Month unlimited Yoga -$249. I spoke w/staff about the package & purchased it for $249. I was emailed a receipt which states Summer 3 Month unlimited Yoga) On 11-30 I purchase & used a 30 day unlimited for $159. I was emailed a receipt. On 12-02 I discovered that S1 put an additional charge of $150 on my AmEx. I emailed S1: "I made two purchases from Studio One in the past week: a one month no contract and a three month summer package) I received receipts for both purchases however there is an additional charge of $150 on my AMEX card which I don't think is correct. Do you now charge an annual fee of some sort? - I don't recall authorizing this charge and never received a receipt. Please correct this at your earliest convenience." S1 responded: " We no longer have that 3 summer special at $249.00, that was an old pricing.Our 3 month package is $399.00 and it starts the day it is purchased, since you purchased this on 11/26/2021 it will expire on 2/26/2022. You also purchased a one month unlimited (no contract on 11/30/2021 for $159.00 which expires on 12/30/2021. Basically you would be double paying for the month of November. You could either choose: We do have the sale price of one month of unlimited (no contract) for $139.00 Or Stay with the 3 month special at $399.00 (which equals $133.00 / month for unlimited yoga with no contract). Please let me know which one you would like and I will adjust your account accordingly with a refund. The summer package was an old price and is not valid for Summer 2022. Would you like that returned or would you rather have the 3 months for $399.00 or keep the one month that you purchased online? Please let me know at your earliest convenience so I can adjust your account accordingly.” I ‘ve been a supporter of S1 since 2017; providing referrals and making donations during the pandemic. It saddens me that they could not do what is right, and legally required.
