      I stayed here on a seasonal site for the whole summer. The first weekend I moved into my seasonal site I had a campfire with my brother. Apparently the wind was blowing the smoke into the neighbors window so she came over and asked me to put it out. The next day **** the park security guard came and yelled at me for not reading the rules that were printed on the opposite side of my contract stating camp fires out at 10:30PM. So he said this is a warning and they don't give out to many! I quit having campfires entirely after this and stayed quiet as a mouse for the last 5 months. Yesterday when I showed up to my camper and there was a letter from the campground on it. The letter said they are not renewing my lease, and they are choosing to part ways due to future business decisions. So the park closes in Oct 15th and I can't just take my deck and shed in this time frame so they are taking it from me.

      You asked us prior to departing Wildwood to have a ********************* be moved to your site as he paid you for your shed and the deck that you were going to leave there.  Despite being somewhat of a hardship, we did this for you. 

      I am having a hard time understanding why you contacted the BBB stating that we did not allow you to keep your deck and shed when you actually sold it prior to moving out. 

      We presume that you will remove your issue from the BBB and let them know that this issue was resolved.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      The truth is you already had given Mr. ****** word that you were giving our spot away.  This was done before even I knew it was to happen.  While I was packing up my things Mr. ****** approached us and told us our site was going to either go to him, or another seasonal site owner.  So I asked him if he would like to purchase my deck and shed to save me some time.  Wildwood Campground did not facilitate this transaction I did.  I'd like to add it was a very poor choice made by management that you started informing everyone at the campground that my spot was going to be available before even informing me.  I called Wildwood and asked permission to sell these things to Mr. ****** and they agreed.  You had no grounds to remove me and my family from our vacation campsite.  It was terrible how we were treated, and how easily you can get removed from your lease.  I don't except this resolve.
