Business has a new address and phone Peggy ********************** CPA ********************************************************** ************ My son and I took several years of un-filed tax documents to this business in September 2021. Ms ********************** assured us she would be able to get the back taxes completed and ready to file. We have yet to see anything. Ms ********************** refuses to answer many calls and voicemails. She does not ever answer the phone. She is rarely in her office. I did catch her in her office on a Sunday evening 6 weeks ago. She insisted she was nearly done and we would be hearing from her. Since then we have heard nothing. She continues to avoid calls. Ive asked for all the documents to be returned. She doesnt respond. I texted her stating that since she could not complete this job in 5 months, we have no faith that she can do it now that it is tax season. Her lack of communication with us is inexcusable. My son went thru some rough patches but is trying to get on track. He now is a single dad with full custody of a toddler. He moved to this town for a fresh start and has secured solid employment. There is no available housing so he and his son are living with me. He is missing out on a lot of Child tax $. He needs to get straight with the *** which is what he was attempting to do 6 months ago.
