The Gores Company *************************** sold the estate of *********************** closing was March 2021. He also holds my proceeds from the sell of the personal property. For a total of $19,682.11. ****** left a Will stating his estate be split in 4 equal shares. The above amount is my share. With many attempts ***** has refused to release the proceeds that he is holding in a trust. There is a life insurance policy that I'm soul beneficiary of. He demand I give him the money from the life insurance before he will release the estate proceeds. I refuse to turn over the life insurance proceeds for 2 reasons. One being I'm soul beneficiary. And two the life insurance policy is not included as a part of the estate. The passing of my father has been a very difficult time for me. For we had worked side by side for many years. Over 25 years ago he took out the life insurance out for me when we was working together in a auto shop. I just want what my father left me. And move on from this difficult time. I greatly appreciate your time and input on my issue. If ***** would have gave respect and honored the Will dad left. This whole issue should have been resolved December 09 2020. He keep making faults claims and prolonging the closing. In order to take more money from our trust. I do have paper work and text messages to back my claims.i look forward to hear from you. There are 4 sellers in the transaction addressed in his complaint.
His 3 siblings had refused to sign the deed to the property being sold unless he share the life insurance proceeds with them. He agreed to their request, they all signed a short letter of agreement (including **************) . They signed , the property transferred and he changed his mind and did not wish to share with them. This resulted in the fact the proceeds of the sale have not been distributed to any of the family members.
He further states that some additional paperwork he had requested from the person in charge of his fathers estate was not supplied to him in a satisfactory form. That is why he said he changed his mind.
I would love to close out the funds in escrow. I have tried. Neither side is willing to give , so I must hold the money in the Trust Account until it is settled between the family members. I have no desire to with hold the funds. I have nothing to gain.
